Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes enrichment analysis of DEGs revealed that six contrast groups were substantially enriched for a total of 20 somewhat up- or down-regulated paths, including six paths related to alert transduction, three pathways related to power metabolic process, five paths pertaining to infection, and two paths linked to ribosomes. Moreover, our examination revealed that DEGs were enriched in a number of essential useful pathways, such as Huntington’s illness signaling pathway, TGF-β signaling pathway, and ribosome signaling pathway. Protein-protein communication network evaluation of DEGs identified 63 up-regulated hub genetics, including 9 kinesin genetics and 2 cytoplasmic dynein genes, and 39 down-regulated hub genetics, including 13 ribosomal necessary protein genes.
