PCASL MRI, performed within 72 hours of CTPA, was conducted using a free-breathing technique and involved three orthogonal planes. Using a retrospective national cohort from the Veterans Health Administration (VHA), we aim to evaluate racial disparities linked to premature vascular access failure following AVG placement procedures and percutaneous access maintenance. VHA hospitals systematically recorded all hemodialysis vascular maintenance procedures performed within the timeframe from October 2016 to March 2020.
